YURUBUL – AI-Powered Yellow Pages Search Application

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the YURUBUL mobile application, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by YURUBUL UK LTD. (“YURUBUL”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using YURUBUL, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

YURUBUL is an AI-powered local business discovery and yellow pages search tool that enables users to search, discover, compare, and interact with businesses, professionals, service providers, and points of interest. The Service may use artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, geolocation data, publicly available business data, and third-party datasets to generate search results, recommendations, summaries, ratings, categorizations, and insights.

YURUBUL does not own or control listed businesses unless explicitly stated. Business listings may be created through publicly available information, business submissions, third-party data providers, or automated indexing systems.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using YURUBUL, you represent and warrant that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will provide accurate information when required.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Users must independently verify critical information before making decisions. YURUBUL disclaims liability for reliance on AI-generated content.

5. Business Listings and Third-Party Content

The Service may include content provided by third parties, including:

Business descriptions
Reviews and ratings
Contact information
Images
Operating hours
Promotional materials

YURUBUL does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content. Businesses are solely responsible for the accuracy of information they submit.

YURUBUL may remove or modify listings at its discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
Upload false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content.
Attempt to reverse engineer AI models or scrape data.
Use automated systems to extract data without authorization.
Interfere with the security or performance of the Service.
Submit spam, malicious code, or fraudulent reviews.

Violation may result in account termination and legal action.

7. Reviews and User Content

Users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and other content (“User Content”). By submitting User Content:

You grant YURUBUL a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.

YURUBUL disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
Accuracy or reliability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

YURUBUL shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

Loss of profits

Total liability shall not exceed the greater of:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YURUBUL regarding the Service and supersede prior agreements.
